Whitespark x Cllimber - Featured Proposal
The opportunity · where buyers are asking

Opportunities for Whitespark to appear in AI answers.

These are gaps in the AI answer. Every answer on this page is built from a handful of sources, and most lean on Google’s own help pages, agency blogs and Reddit. The part a buyer actually needs, catching a change Google made, getting a suspended profile back or having citations built and keeping the logins, has no good outside source behind it yet. With so few sources in play, each one carries real weight. Each topic is narrow enough for one article to become a source the AI answer can use. There are four ways in: the industry (agencies, contractors and law firms), the platform (Google Business Profile), the outcome buyers type (Google keeps changing my hours, a suspended profile, no subscription) and the market (the US and the UK).

High-level summary

01 · The gapBuyers ask how to fix a Google problem and get a do-it-yourself answer · Google’s help pages, agency blogs and Reddit answer the hours, suspension and citation searches. They explain the steps, and rarely say what having it done involves, costs or leaves you owning
02 · The industriesAgencies, contractors and law firms each have a search where the answer is mostly do-it-yourself · managing many client profiles, citations for contractors and a suspended law-firm profile. Google’s help pages, Reddit, small blogs and providers’ own pages carry them, and the US contractors answer leans on pages dated late August and September
03 · MarketsCaptured in the US and the UK · the US for the full product range, including two US-only services. The UK, where the listings packages are sold and buyers type their own words: solicitors, tradesmen, opening hours. Both checked live on Google on 12 October 2026; every search here can be retyped

Hub:Marketing Agencies
Manage multiple client Google Business ProfilesUSUK
Google’s own help pages carry most of it, and the only line about outside tools, in the UK answer, rests on one Reddit thread · it explains business groups, manager roles and Google’s bulk spreadsheet for ten or more locations. Neither answer covers being told when Google changes a client’s profile, or undoing that change in one step
Hub:Construction Companies
Citation building for contractorsUSUK
A directory list with no done-for-you route, built from small SEO blogs and citation providers’ own pages · the US answer leans on pages dated late August and September and starts with Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, Facebook and the BBB; the UK answer, for “local citations for tradesmen”, lists Yell, Thomson Local, Checkatrade and MyBuilder. Both give the list and the rule to keep details identical. Neither says what having it done involves, costs or leaves the contractor owning
Hub:Law Firms
Lawyer Google Business Profile suspendedUSUK
No service in either answer. Google’s help pages, Reddit and a few marketing blogs and videos carry it · it lists the usual triggers (keyword-stuffed names, virtual offices) and the documents to gather, a state bar licence in the US and an SRA practising certificate for “solicitor” in the UK, then points to Google’s appeals tool. It names no one who takes the case on for the firm
WhitesparkSearches beyond the hubs · five with room for a new source · the most open first
Google keeps changing my business hoursUSUK
Wide open in both markets. Google’s help pages, one YouTube video and Reddit carry most of it · the answer explains why Google overwrites hours and tells the owner to log in and discard each pending edit by hand before Google publishes it, within about three days. It names no way to be alerted to a change or to undo it in one step. UK buyers type “opening hours”
Franchise Google Business Profile managementUSUK
Google’s help pages and franchise-marketing blogs carry it, and no managed service is described · the answer covers who should own each profile, head office or franchisee, plus manager roles and consistent details. For scale it points only to Google’s own bulk tools
Listings management without a subscriptionUSUK
Free do-it-yourself dashboards lead the answer, and the paid one-time route rests on freelance marketplaces and providers’ own pages · after the Google, Apple, Bing and Yelp dashboards, the US answer suggests hiring a freelancer on Upwork or Fiverr; the UK answer cites two providers’ own pages. No outside source says what a one-time service leaves you owning, such as every login
Citation building for law firmsUSUK
Law-marketing agency blogs carry it in both markets, and the UK answer still leads with US directories · it lists Avvo, Justia, FindLaw and Martindale-Hubbell even when buyers type “solicitors”, adds Yell and Thomson Local, and gives the audit steps. It describes no done-for-you route
Google Business Profile reinstatement serviceUS
Carried by Google’s help pages, three providers’ own sales pages and a freelance marketplace · the paid options are listed straight from those pages. No outside source explains what a reinstatement service covers, when a case is turned down, or what no one can promise
Why a third-party source

Across 25M+ analysed links, 84% of AI citations go to third-party sources; brands' own domains compete for just 13.7%. The searches on this page have no strong third-party source behind them yet. A page on cllimber.com is that kind of source, and it is the kind these answers are short of.

WhitesparkLocal SEO category · Google Business Profile management, listings, rank tracking & reviews · 3 hubs
Marketing AgenciesConstruction CompaniesLaw Firms
Marketing Agencies
Incl. article: manage multiple client Google Business Profiles · how an agency sees every client’s profile in one dashboard even when they sit in separate Google accounts, gets an email when Google or anyone else changes a field, rejects the change in one click, edits hours, categories and services across clients at once, and what it costs per location per month
Construction Companies
Incl. article: citation building for contractors · how listings are cleaned up and built by hand on Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, the data aggregators and trade and city directories, what the contractor keeps (every login, no subscription), how long it takes, and what the one-time packages cost per location in the US and the UK
Law Firms
Incl. article: lawyer Google Business Profile suspended · how a suspension is assessed, which fixes and documents come first, how the appeal is filed and followed up by a team that includes Google Business Profile Product Experts, what a case costs, and what no one can promise, since Google makes the final decision
These are the three hubs where Whitespark’s buyers sit: agencies, home-service contractors and law firms. We scored the other seven hubs and none of them qualifies, so none is offered.
