BastionGPT x Cllimber - Featured Proposal
The opportunity · where buyers are asking

Opportunities for BastionGPT to appear in AI answers.

These are gaps in the AI answer. Two of the answers we captured name no tool at all, and most of the others shown here have little or no outside source behind the tools they name. The part a clinician or legal team actually needs, whether a tool can take identifiable patient records and what happens to them, is rarely answered from outside. With so few sources in play, each one carries real weight. Each topic is narrow enough for one article to become a source the AI answer can use. There are four ways in: the industry (law firms that handle medical records), the work (evaluation reports, group sessions, appeals and letters of medical necessity), the outcome buyers type (Privacy Act compliant, HIPAA-compliant) and the market (the US, Australia and the UK).

High-level summary

01 · The gapTwo Australian answers name no tool · “Privacy Act compliant AI scribe” and “AI scribe for allied health” are answered with guidance from Australian health bodies and a couple of pages. They explain the rules and the use, and leave open which tool meets them
02 · The documentation workReports, group sessions, appeals and letters rest on a handful of tools · evaluation reports, group therapy notes, letters of medical necessity and denial appeals each draw on a few tools and almost nothing from outside. Australian and UK psychologists searching for report writing are answered with US tools and US rules
03 · MarketsCaptured in the US, Australia and the UK · the US, where HIPAA sets the terms for every buyer here. Australia, where BastionGPT states compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles. The UK, where educational psychologists and personal injury solicitors get thin answers. All captured live on 9 October 2026

Topic specifics

BastionGPTHIPAA-compliant AI category · Clinical documentation & medical record review
Hub:Law Firms
HIPAA-compliant AI for law firmsUS
Five legal AI tools named, with no outside source behind any of them · the answer lists what a firm must check, a signed BAA, no training on client files and encryption, and then names tools on their own word. Nothing from outside explains how a firm that handles medical records puts those checks into practice
BastionGPTSearches beyond the hub · ten with room for a new source · the most open first
Privacy Act compliant AI scribeAU
No tool named. The TGA, the RACGP and a compliance guide carry most of the answer · it sets out the Australian Privacy Principles, consent and the rules on data held overseas, then stops short of any tool that meets them
AI scribe for allied healthAU
No tool named. AI Mode answers from two pages · it explains what a scribe does for allied health and says the right choice depends on discipline and compliance needs, then names nothing that fits either
AI scribe for group therapyUS
Four tools named, and the answer opens by saying most scribes are built for one-to-one visits · it flags tracking several speakers and documenting each member as the hard part, and no outside source shows a full group session being handled
AI for psychological evaluation reportsUS
Five report-writing tools named and no outside source in the answer · it covers score tables and draft narratives, and leaves how a psychologist works on identifiable test data under a signed BAA unanswered
AI report writing for school psychologistsUS
Five tools named, with a YouTube video and a Reddit thread as the outside sources · it covers turning scores into narrative and writing for parents, and its guidance on student data rests on that one Reddit thread
AI report writing for psychologistsAU
Five US-built tools named and no Australian source · an Australian psychologist gets an answer framed around HIPAA and FERPA, with nothing on the Australian Privacy Principles or local practice
AI report writing for educational psychologistsUK
Six US-built tools named, US terms throughout and one UK source · a UK educational psychologist is answered with IEPs and US evaluation formats, and nothing written for UK practice
AI letter of medical necessity generatorUS
Five letter tools named and no outside source in the answer · it lists what a letter must contain and warns that patient details need a signed BAA, and nothing shows a letter drafted from the chart itself
AI for medical billing denial appealsUS
Four products named, alongside the general chatbots patients use · the provider side, answering a denial reason code with evidence from the chart, rests on a coders’ forum and one AAPC article
AI medical record review for personal injury solicitorsUK
Two tools named for UK personal injury work, five websites in all · it explains chronologies, treatment gaps and source citations across medical bundles, and the answer is still young and short of outside sources

Why a third-party source

Across 25M+ analysed links, 84% of AI citations go to third-party sources; brands' own domains compete for just 13.7%. The searches on this page have no strong third-party source behind them yet. A page on cllimber.com is that kind of source, and it is the kind these answers are short of.
